MARCH 13-15, 2020
Women, we are doing something new this year! Come spend the weekend with sisters from SSBC at Brookwoods. There we will hear from God’s word regarding friendship and have space of our own where friendships can grow. We can relax, sit by the fire, play games, and do whatever your idea of fun free time is.
The goal for our retreat this year is to help women in our own church family to grow deeper in relationship with God and with each other. We want to have as many women who regularly attend SSBC join us as possible. Consider reserving this time away to invest in relationships with sisters in Christ here at SSBC. There are women here at SSBC who are hungering to know women like you! We want to glorify God and be a witness to the world of his love through our deepening love for one another as a church body. Strengthened relationships within our church will strengthen our witness to the world.
We know that friendship takes effort and time, responsibilities get in the way and physical distance exists between us. This retreat is a great way to make and deepen friendships, and this camp is a wonderful place to facilitate maximum time, connection, and fun for us.
Please don’t be afraid of our camp location! The cabins are warm, the food is good, and the space is really special. There are plenty of bottom bunks, a few private rooms, and you can probably sign up to be in a quiet cabin or with a known friend at SSBC. Please talk to someone on the retreat team if you have questions about the location. We want to help you feel comfortable joining us!
